We have constructed more than 300 new homes over the last 30 years that range from large detached and terraced houses to bungalows, maisonettes and flats. We are members of the National House Builders Corporation (NHBC) which is a compulsory organisation for new builders that sell new homes. NHBC provides the purchaser with a 20 year structural guarantee.
When starting a residential development project, we may be required to demolish an existing building. This is not a problem for us and we have extensive experience at demolishing both residential and commercial buildings to construct new homes.
We are able to take on a development project prior to planning permission being obtained. We’ll help you obtain planning permission; comply with building regulations and all structural calculations when required.
We also carry out smaller residential development work such as extensions and loft conversions and often these works come from recommendations or through the Federation of Master Builders (FMB). The FMB are an organisation that recommends high quality builders to consumers.
There have been many refurbishments we have taken on and we have a vast experience of large Victorian properties in West London. These projects have ranged from £100,000 to £1,000,000 in areas such as Kensington, Chelsea and Fulham. The refurbishments may include a complete new internal refit, which could include a basement, loft conversion or rear and side extensions.
