Residential Property Refurbishment

We have carried out large refurbishments throughout West London and Surrey. This work comes from recommendations from existing customers and the Federation of Master Builders FMB.

The properties are mainly three storey victorian properties which are in need of upgrading. This could involve a complete strip out of all internal walls and floors which then allows for a complete redesign of the interior.

Complete new fitting out of an internal layout is also available with new plumbing and heating, electrics, windows, kitchen and bathrooms, stairs, wall and floor finishes.

Some properties may require a basement refurbishment, which we also carry out. A completed basement may be used as a cinema room, playroom or staff accomodation.

The client is involved from the outset, working closely with us for the design and finish of the property, which is our priority.
