Residential New Builds

Over the last 30 years Paul Ashworth has constructed over 300 new properties. This includes detached and terraced houses, bungalows, maisonettes and flats.

We have built these properties both on brownfield and greenfield sites over southern England and contruct our houses to the highest standards, built with the highest quality finish.

Traditionally, our devlopments are brick or stone built but recently timber and steel framed developments are becoming increasingly popular.

We are members of The National House Builders Corporation NHBC, which gives a compulsory guarantee to the home buyer.

We also carry out all the planning, architectural and structural engineering works which involves working with the planning and building control departments at the local authorities.

Most recently we have constructed two individually designed detached houses overlooking the River Thames in Surrey. Our future developments include four detatched houses in Oxfordshire and three houses in Buckinghamshire.
